Apps
BiTaksi is a Turkish app that calls a regular licensed metered taxi at no markup. Uber in Istanbul shows the price upfront but is usually 20–30% above the meter.

Tips
Don't hail taxis on the street: book through BiTaksi or Uber so the route and price are in the app.
Make sure the meter is on and doesn't switch to the night rate in daytime — a trick that inflates fares by up to 50%.
In Antalya the tram and bus 600 only take the Antalyakart — buy it at the airport. The tram runs until about 23:00.
Lira prices move fast with inflation — check them in the app.
